The Entry Process
Main Entry Screen
The main entry screen has been condensed down into summary form. If your horse/rider information is current you won't have to wade through an overabundance of information - just what's important.
The number of entries per show are virtually unlimited. You can use any numbers you choose, and have the ability to "skip" numbers if necessary. They will automatically be sorted back into numerical order. You only see the entry numbers you choose to use.
UNLIMITED CHECK LISTS
Create unlimited checks lists for all your custom "needs", at check-in. Help your check-in process be quick and easy for both you and your competitors.
COMPETITOR INVOICE
Print competitor invoices on the spot.
QUICK SEARCH
Quickly search out entries by #, Rider, or Horse in the entry look up menu.
UPDATE SHARED INFORMATION
Whether it's a rider, owner, trainer, or coach. If it's all the same person you only need to change their info once. All that information will be retained for all your shows.
BREED INFO
Track Breed, Dam, and Dam sire information for each horse.
MEMBERSHIP CARDS
Track membership card verification just once per year or globally reset your verification boxes for each show.
EMAIL
Email address are now hyperlinked for quick on-the-spot communication by e-mail to a competitor /owner/trainier. Just click on the address and it will automatically fire up your default e-mail program.
VOLUNTEER
Each person has a volunteer check off box so you can easily create a volunteer report for your volunteer coordinator, with name, address, phone number and e-mail information.
CLASS ENTRIES
Entering the competitors in each of their classes is done quickly and easily as all your classes are available from a drop down menu. Quickly enter a qualifying ride status, and it automatically increases the fee for that class.
Each class is now assigned to a default test based on your setup. You still have the option to use any test for any class, ie. a TOC or FEI Section class.
You don't need separate classes for your qualifying rides, just indicate that the ride itself is a "Q" ride, and it will charge the extra fee and indicate on all the official reports.
Expand the screen without leaving the form to add scratches, etc.

Easily scratch and sub from the entry form during the show using the scratch/sub menu.

Enter your stabling information, fees, stall groupings and comments off the entry form. You have the option of creating stall packages or charging on a per day basis or using your own creative methods.
FEES
Enter all your other show fees on one screen in transaction format. You can create an unlimited amount of fees. Once you've done that, they are all available in the drop down menus
TRACK PAYMENTS
Keep track of payments, types and check numbers. This will enable you to create competitor invoices and track credits and/or balances.
