You will first need to register your show with USDF on the Self-Register
web site page at
http://www.usdf.org/fvdselfreg/ in order to electronically submit your scores.
When you go to the above link, you will see a page similar to the following picture.
Fill in the form with your information. You can choose your own user name and password.
A random password is automatically created when the form is loaded or you can choose
another random password by clicking the Create button. You can always choose your own
password. Below is an example of a filled in form.
Once you are finished filling in the form, click the Add button. You should receive
a message like the picture below indicating that your show was successfully added.
After you have successfully completed the above steps, open Fox Village Dressage.
Go to the Reports tab and click the Post-Show button. Double-click USDF eScores.
The USDF eScores window will appear as pictured below.
Fill in the form with your information. Some of the information will be entered for
you. Verify this information. Other information you will need to enter. Please enter
the information and the user name and password you created when self-registering for
electronic submission. See above. Below is an example of a filled in form with the
minimum information. Once you are finished filling in the form, click the Upload button.
Note: TD1 and TD2 are for Technical Delegates and FR is for Federation
Representative.
Note: This process can take several minutes with shows that are 100 - 400
rides. If you have a larger show it may take 10 - 20 minutes depending upon your
internet connection speed. The program will show an hour glass cursor and will
stop responding during the upload process. Please do not close the program during
this time as this will cause the upload to fail.
Once the upload has completed successfully, you will see the following prompt.
Finally you will be able to verify if your show successfully uploaded to USDF by
going to the following web page on USDF's web site:
http://www.usdf.org/foxvillagedressage/successfulresults.asp.
