  • Fox Village Dressage 2011 Update 1.1.8, 3/5/2013

    This update added the Entry Confirmation Service. FEI was added to the Entries without Documentation report, the Owner Citizenship was added to the Online Entries Import and the Horse Recording Application Fee was corrected on the USEF Post Compentition report.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2011 Update 1.1.4, 8/21/2012

    This update includes the ability to print Test Labels and the Ring Steward's Report by day. It also fixes the online entry import so the Coggins check box for the horse is not automatically cleared when importing.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2011 Update 1.1.3, 6/1/2012

    This update fixed errors in the USEF eScores export file; includes "EC" for owner's USEF number, "EC" and "PARENT" for trainer's USEF number. Also fixed the rider's age and USEF age calculation, errors an xml rendering and filled in "No Q" on all classes where there was no value assigned. Removed the Technical Delegate report and added the USEF Post Competition report.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2011 Update 1.1.2, 4/3/2012

    This update adds two new fields to the USEF eScores export file; rider's citizenship and owner's citizenship. These are used by USEF to create the eScores to report to FEI. The citizenship field has also been added to the owner form.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2011 Update 1.1.1, 3/24/2012

    Unfortunately, we are having to remove the FEI eScores export to Excel function since it breaks the program for those that do not have Microsoft Excel installed on their computers. This update is the same as Update 1.1.0, except we have removed the FEI eScores export to Excel function. If you have Microsoft Excel installed on your computer, you can download Update 1.1.0. (See previous updates below) in order to regain that feature.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2011 Update 1.1.0, 3/11/2012

    This update added the FEI eScores export to Excel function and fixed the score reports to show half-points. Required: In order to use the FEI eScores function you will also need to download FEIResults.xlt and save it to FVD\Support. Be sure that it has a .xlt extension and not a .xls extension.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2011 Update 1.0.9, 1/23/2012

    This update fixed the class copy function to copy all fields, fixed the right-click on the Publish Show form and added Custom Fee w/ Quantity to the OE Fee Type in show fees.

    This update added new abbreviations to USEF expiration box for people and USEF eScores and added Export USDF Champion by Class.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2011 Update 1.0.7, 6/7/2011

    This update fixes a bug in the publish show process. In addition the FEI membership number field of the horse now updates the horse passport field since they should be the same number.

    This update fixes the USDF Qualifying Rides report and adds "Shavings/Bedding" and "Mandatory" to the show fee online entry fee type list.

    This update fixed the "Office Fee" on the Publish Show - Show Fee report, fixed the signatures needed check boxes when importing online entries and added search and filter to online entry imports.

    This update fixes the term reason abbreviations for USEF eScores.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2011 Update 1.0.1, 12/5/2010

    This update fixes the sixth collective on the Scoring form for the judge at C.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2011 Update 1.0.0, 11/5/2010

    This update adds a sixth collective to accommodate USEF's 2011 test format, and also includes USEF's new eScore file format. It also includes a better spaced scheduling format for Windows 7.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2008 Update 1.0.9, 10/1/2010

    This update changes the way Fox Village Dressage is activated and licensed. It adds the ability to register a show from within Fox Village Dressage to post to the Ride Time & Results website. In addition we also fixed the Breed, Color and Height dropdowns for the horse to requery after editing the list. Export the ClassText instead of the ClassNumber for the USEF eScores export and also include the classes that did not fill into that export file as well. Added USDF Championship Verification item to the Export Utility, improved the layout for scheduling and added the rider's status to the EC eScores export.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2008 Update 1.0.8, 5/18/2010

    In this update, we updated the format of the Ride Times & Results upload, fixed the default expiration for FEI, Other, Other2 and Other3 for the horse, added many options for copying emails to the windows clipboard, renamed the Export Table function to Export Utiliy, added Entry Fees including stall number to the list of exports, added owner to the Entry results, renamed Rider results to People, separated first name and last name on all export results and sorted the EC eScores by ClassText.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2008 Update 1.0.7, 3/22/2010

    In this update, we have moved the file locations for Fox Village Dressage from "Program Files\FVD" to "My Documents\FVD. Also better error handling and messages have be added for when the program opens and cannot find some or all of the data files.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2008 Update 1.0.6, 12/11/2009

    This update fixes an error in the USEF eScores Export function relating to the old regional code field and also updates the Other eScores Export function to the USEF eScores 2010 format with the added other membership numbers.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2008 Update 1.0.5, 12/2/2009

    This update adds "non-member" to all membership expiration date dropdown lists, modifies the Non-Member Report to query on membership expiration equaling "non-member" or "NM" and not on membership number being null, expands the Basic Ribbon Report and Rider's Status Ribbon Report to include 14th place, modifies the USEF eScores export file to the new format for 2010, adds a better message to the Class Ride Limit Report, changes the Rider (Lookup) label on the People form to People (Lookup), adds a new User Manual, Quick Guide and Wiki to the menu bar and replaces Netmeeting with GoToMeeting on the menu bar.

    This update reflects changes in USEF's export file for abbreviations of term reasons, addition of a new Judge Schedule report, and exclusions to and number of entries in the AHA export file.

    This update reflects changes in USEF's export file for USEF membership reports.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2008 Update 1.0.2, 8/29/2008

    This update fixes the disappearing Main Menu Bar which is caused by a conflict between Microsoft Access and Adobe Acrobat, adds the ability to print Day Sheet by day, modifies the Day Sheet (Breed) report, and adds the Breed Show Class report.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2008 Update 1.0.1, 6/13/2008

    This update fixes the non-membership counts on the TD report, eliminates tabbing to the class splitter button on the score tab of the main menu, fixes the arrangement of the eight scheduling windows and fixes the title of the owner on the Handwritten Score Sheet.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2006 Update 1.0.6, 6/14/2007

    This update combines the Class Schedule report with the Judge Assignment report, adds stall numbers to the Total Stable report, adds horse owner match information to the USEF Membership Verification report, and re-adds all rides to final score reports (scratches are included).

  • Fox Village Dressage 2006 Update 1.0.5, 12/11/2006

    This update fixes show memberships on final score reports; replaces "Fifth Level Ride" with "Fourth Level Ride" on USEF Technical Delegate Report; Fixes final score reports to not error out when the first three show memberships are not used (unchecked); updates USEF eScores export file to new required format.

    This update allows printing of all Confirmation Mailer formats from the Entry form; fixes packet sheet Needs List to turn off and on with membership preferences; and adds 'Need Freestyle Docs' message to Packet Labels (Detail) and Packet Sheets.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2006 Update 1.0.3, 3/22/2006

    This update adds the Other, Othr2 and Othr3 memberships to the final reports; adds 'FRL' to the USEF membership expiration date; adds Non-member Reports for Other, Othr2 and Othr3; and changes the report headers from inverted black & white to grey & black to conserve on printer ink/toner.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2006 Update 1.0.2, 3/17/2006

    This update fixed USEF non-membership abbreviations to the USEF eScores export file; adds FEI, Othr2 and Othr3 memberships to the Entries without Documentation Report, Packet Labels (Detail), Packet Sheets, and Entry Confirmation Mailers; and replaced Other membership with FEI on the Non-members Report, Standard, USDF and FEI Final Score Reports.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2006 Update 1.0.1, 3/8/2006

    This update fixed the Ride Export function, removed the USDF eScore function, changed the location of some of the items on the Class form and added FEI, Othr2 and Othr3 to the Clear Check Boxes feature under Horse and Rider Database Management.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2004 Update 1.0.9, 6/3/2005

    This update fixed the USEF Membership Verification from excluding entry #1, replaced raw scores with percentages on the Place/Rank Class form, added the ability to retrieve your login name and password for USDF eScores upload, modified USDF eScores upload to include all rides except HC.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2004 Update 1.0.8, 4/21/2005

    This update fixed the USEF Membership Verification Report. The first character of the first membership number was being cut off. The owner's membership information has now been added to the USDF Horse Membership Verification report.

    This update added the same search and replace of special characters to the SQL.NET Upload as the USDF Upload; Optimized the SQL.NET Upload and USDF Upload for faster upload time; Added instructions to SQL.NET Upload dialog box; Changed the JET.NET Upload and SQL.NET Upload menu items to Local .NET Kiosk Upload and Upload Ride Times / Results to Web respectively; Changed "Junior Participating" to "Youth Participating" for USDF Membership Verifications; Added horse name to the Invoices; Added the USEF Membership Verification feature.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2004 Update 1.0.6, 2/21/2005

    This update added more search and replace of special character to USDF eScore Upload; added Stall Group to the Entry Confirmation Mailers; added Horse Country of Birth and Birth Year to CDI Final Reports (Standard and FreeStyle); changed instructions for USEF, USDF and EC eScore Upload; added instructions to Show Preferences - Membership tab; and added Qualifying Fees to the Profit/Loss Statement.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2004 Update 1.0.5, 1/17/2005

    This update changes two labels on the class form. The Code field is now labeled USDF/EC Code and the AHA field is now labeled AHA/USEF code.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2004 Update 1.0.4, 11/17/2004

    This update replaces special characters in the SQLNET Upload. The Membership Affidavit item has been fixed. Also added the USEF eScores change effective Dec 1, 2004. (We have not completed the FEI upload file for USEF at this time.)

  • Fox Village Dressage 2004 Update 1.0.3, 7/26/2004

    This update adds the test name to the USDF eScore upload. Also the Org. Code is transfered to the new ride when subbing scratches.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2004 Update 1.0.2, 7/9/2004

    This update changes all the final reports to only show rides that do not have a Term Reason or the Term Reason is "Eliminated", "Retired" or "Withdrew". If the Term Reason equals any of the above, it is displayed in the Qualifying section of the report. The "Q" and qualifying status are now on the same line under the Qualifying section. The USDF eScores upload the same information. The TD1's last name is now properly uploaded instead of the first name. Since we have made structural changes on USDF's upload database, this requires you to upgrade to this update in order to use the USDF eScores feature.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2004 Update 1.0.1, 6/30/2004

    This update attempts to fix some of the USDF Upload feature problems. We will continue to watch this area and make new updates as new problems are identified. You are now allowed to use the ampersand (&) and percentage (%) characters in the class name, rider name and horse name. If the USDF or USEF membership numbers are not numeric, the membership numbers will not be uploaded. This will allow users to still enter "Pending" or other identifiers in the membership number field. However, USDF would prefer that you have the membership number before uploading your results.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2003 Update 1.0.4, 5/30/2003

    This update placed the error box back on FEI Freestyle score sheets, added the For Sale designation of the horse on the Show Roster reports, added the Rider Status and Q in the USAE eScore export file and added the Entry #, Passport #, Sire and Dam to the CDI Final reports.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2003 Update 1.0.3, 4/16/2003

    This update fixed the time column on the Day Sheets report. Also added a No E-mail Only check box on the Ride Schedule report which will only print Ride Schedules for riders without e-mails and added the Rider E-mails To Clipboard feature so you can paste them to your mass e-mailing of Day Sheets, etc.

  • Fox Village Dressage 2003 Update 1.0.2, 4/1/2003

    This update fixed a decimal point problem on the Multi-Judge report. Also the Qual/Div box on the expanded version of the Class Entry tab on the Entry form has been fixed.
